Role Description
We're looking for someone who identifies as a "human pollinator" to join our small, global team of highly collaborative and passionate creators. This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager at Polli-Nation. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, developing and implementing content strategies, optimizing social media presence, and writing compelling copy.
Qualifications
4+ years of professional experience with social media marketing
Alignment with Polli-Nation's mission to help pollinators (both human and more-than-human) thrive
Exceptional content management and communication skills
Experience in developing and implementing content strategies
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to analyze social media data and trends
Creativity and innovative thinking
Knowledge of social media analytics tools
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

Qualifications
2+ years experience in a Chief of Staff or comparable generalist role
Project Management, Operations, and Strategic Planning skills
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience in managing cross-functional teams
Ability to drive and implement strategic initiatives
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of sustainability and environmental conservation is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Pollinator-in-Residence (PIR) at Polli-Nation 🧚♀️. The PIR will oversee the launch of the Pollinator-in-Residence initiative, with the aim of establishing and supporting PIR programs at universities, NGOs and for-profit companies. They will develop training modules and resources to support the first batch of PIRs so they can maximize the pollination opportunities at their host organizations. The PIR will also be the point person for Polli-Nation's annual conference for Pollinators, taking place in Brooklyn, NY in Spring 2025.
Qualifications
5+ years experience in a project management, teaching, learning design, event management, community building, or comparable generalist role
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
Ability to drive and implement strategic initiatives
Comfort leading conversations with a wide variety of stakeholders
Knowledge of sustainability and environmental conservation is a plus
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience managing a pipeline of partners
